this is drawn using an apple pencil and the application, procreate. i draw this from scratch, with the picture(s) you send me used only as a guide. I can add or remove any details you'd like.

once you make the purchase, you will send me 2-3 photos that you like. i will draw your house based off those photos. the final result may be a combination of the photos or may not be an exact replica. as an artist, I draw my rendition of the photos that are sent.

i will send you a mockup where you'll be able to request edits* ONE TIME.

*DEFINITION OF EDITS: adjustments! ex: adjusting color(s), adding or removing details of the house, adjusting the the placement of things like plants or house numbers. i want you to walk away thrilled with your house drawing, but will not be able to make any changes that require parts of the illustration to be completely redrawn.
